Natural Beauty, Crafted from Earth

.

The Dedicated Collector

It all started with a deep reverence for the geological wonders hidden beneath our feet. Over the years, we have traversed the rugged plains of Texas and diverse terrains across the United States to discover rare specimens that whisper tales of ancient times. By hand-gathering every stone, we preserve the organic spirit and raw vitality of each find. We believe that jewelry is more than an accessory; it is a profound bridge to the earth, artfully shaped from the primordial components of our world to become a treasure you can carry with you every day.

MY TRAVELS

VANCOUVER ISLAND 2025

In 2025 I traveled to British Columbia and then to Vancouver Island near the Campbell River area. While most visitors come to fish for salmon, watch whales, and enjoy the views, I spent ten days crossing the island from east to west, searching for beautiful stone specimens to bring home. On one whale‑watching trip, I saw four humpback whales feeding, along with many orcas and seals. The local stone, Dallasite, appears in many different varieties if you know where to look—and those special finds now live on in my jewelry.

BIG BEND AREA 2025

My 2025 rockhounding journey through West Texas was truly magical. Beyond the vast landscapes of Big Bend and the mystery of Marfa, I traveled into the Davis Mountains to visit Fort Davis and the McDonald Observatory. Seeing the darkest skies in Texas and touring the massive telescopes was inspiring. At every destination, from Alpine to the high peaks, I gathered stunning gems and minerals. I especially loved finding plenty of petrified wood, a personal favorite of mine. These rare treasures have returned with me to Fort Worth, ready to be hand-shaped into wearable art that connects you to these wild, beautiful places.

Cayman Islands  2025

I’ve always wanted to dive in the Cayman Islands, and this year I went twice, staying in West Bay to rockhound, explore, and enjoy some amazing food. I dove 19 times with Epic Divers and found lots of coral, sea glass, and many unusual shells. I was on the hunt for Caymanite, the island stone that’s only mined on Cayman Brac. I found a great source and made some deals to bring Caymanite back to my shop for future one-of-a-kind pieces.”

Tucson Gem Show 2026

My wife and I attended the biggest gem show in the U.S. this year and had a blast, rockhounding the whole way there and back. The best place to stop on the way is Rockhound State Park in New Mexico near Deming, where we found lots of rhyolite and druzy quartz. We also spent time in the Tucson area searching for local stones and bought some really nice slabs to bring home to my shop for future pieces.

My Reiki and Renewal

After the world fell into a heavy silence following our Lindsey’s passing, I found myself searching for a way to breathe through the grief.  I learned to move through each day by noticing the small miracles—the golden light of a sunrise or the familiar melody of her favorite song on the radio. These moments aren't just coincidences; they are her way of walking softly beside me. Through prayer and the restorative flow of energy, I have found a profound peace, knowing she is never truly gone. I only need to close my eyes to see her smile and feel her love, guiding me forward until the beautiful day we are finally reunited.

Christy

Reiki is an age-old healing practice that began in Japan in the early 1900s, rooted in much older spiritual traditions that honor the flow of life energy through all things. The word “Reiki” combines “rei,” meaning universal or spiritual, and “ki,” meaning life force. Practitioners gently channel this energy through their hands to support balance, relaxation, and emotional healing. Over time, Reiki has traveled across the world, offering a quiet, nurturing way to reconnect body, mind, and spirit.
